5. Equipment Usage & Responsibility

Clients renting or using equipment are responsible for its safe handling.
Any damage, loss, or theft of equipment during the rental or shoot period will be chargeable to the client.
Equipment must be returned in the same condition as provided.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content created by Shootvilla (videos, images, footage, edits, concepts) remains the intellectual property of Shootvilla, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients may not reuse, reproduce, distribute, or modify Shootvilla content without permission.
Any raw footage or final deliverables will be shared as per agreed terms.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate details and requirements before the shoot.
Necessary permissions, locations, and approvals must be arranged by the client unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
Shootvilla will not be responsible for delays caused due to lack of permissions or third-party issues.

8. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellations must be informed in advance.
Last-minute cancellations may attract cancellation charges.
Rescheduling is subject to availability and may involve additional costs.

9. Limitation of Liability

Shootvilla shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, technical issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
